Tompkins Bank & Trust in West Lawn, PA seeks a Commercial Banking Administrative Manager to lead the Administrative team supporting the Commercial Lending group. You will oversee staff, coordinate loan closings, and maintain accurate records ensuring compliant processes.

The role requires 5–10 years in commercial lending administration, strong supervisory and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A paralegal or college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in commercial lending administration.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.
• Proficient PC skills; strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Commercial Banking Administrative team.
• Oversee loan closings and coordinate with lenders and closing attorneys.
• Maintain records and provide assigned reports.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and support risk management.
