Tompkins Bank & Trust in Wyomissing, PA seeks a Commercial Banking Administrator to lead the Commercial Banking Administrative team and support the Commercial Lending group in delivering client service excellence. This role focuses on loan closings, documentation, and daily workflow; it guides staff, ensures policy compliance, and coordinates with lenders and attorneys to meet business customer needs.

Candidates should have 5–10 years in commercial lending administration and strong Microsoft

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial lending administration.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and sales skills.
• Proficient PC skills; strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to plan and organize appropriately; administer and prioritize; monitor and evaluate the workflow of projects and activities.
