Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in commercial lending, strong credit analysis, and extensive knowledge of lending regulations. Travel may be involved; located in Austin, with a private office setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, banking, or related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years’ commercial lending experience with loan structuring and credit analysis responsibilities.
• Extensive knowledge of Federal and State lending regulations and bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in a business development plan to grow loan and deposit portfolio for commercial clients.
• Develop consultative relationships with prospects and clients to deliver banking solutions.
• Underwrite loan requests within bank policies and ensure complete packages for credit approval.
• Manage and service assigned loan portfolio and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Wealth, and Retail teams.
• Risk grade loans with Credit and adjust grades as needed; price loans/deposits per guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and bank policies; provide superior client service.
