You will develop new opportunities from existing customers and referrals, while collaborating with banking partners to represent the bank in the community.

The role is in-office at a branch location in Oak Creek, WI, with compensation starting at $90,000+ depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3–5 years in portfolio management, sales, financial analysis or lending.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven multi-tasking across various projects and ethics-driven teamwork.
• Knowledge of bank products, regulatory policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Expand and deepen relationships with existing customers while pursuing new business leads.
• Serve as primary contact for customers; build strong connections with Tri City National Bank.
• Assess growth opportunities within portfolios based on client needs.
• Collaborate with Commercial Banking, Mortgage Lending and Treasury Management to enhance profitability.
• Review financial statements and credit requests to manage risk.
• Prepare loan profiles for senior committees and ensure portfolio renewals and reviews are timely.
