Job summary

Tri City National Bank is seeking a Commercial Portfolio Manager to drive sales growth and oversee a portfolio of business clients. This in-office role focuses on expanding relationships, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with Commercial Banking Officers and partners to serve clients and represent the bank in the community.

You will review financial statements, credit requests, and risk, present loan profiles to committees, and support branch staff with sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–5 years in portfolio management, sales, financial analysis, or lending.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ethical team player with leadership qualities and ability to generate new business.

Responsibilities

• Expand and enhance relationships with existing customers while seeking new business through outreach and partnerships.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, building strong connections with Tri City National Bank.
• Review financial statements, cash flows, and credit requests to assess risk and profitability.
• Collaborate with Commercial Banking, Mortgage Lending, and Treasury Management to enhance service offerings and profitability.
• Present loan profiles to Senior/Executive Loan Committees and manage renewals and annual reviews.
• Support branch staff with sales techniques and calling strategies; promote products/services with marketing.
