• Access to reliable transportation and legal ability to drive if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial relationships, driving client retention and long-term growth.
• Drive loan, deposit, and fee income growth through proactive business development.
• Partner with treasury management, capital markets, private banking, wealth management, and other specialists.
• Analyze client financial information and credit opportunities to recommend lending structures.
• Identify client needs and connect customers with the right products and banking experts.
• Maintain portfolio administration and risk management aligned with policy and regulations.
• Present credit opportunities and recommendations as part of loan approvals.
• Represent Associated Bank in the community by building referral networks.
