Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; financial services experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems, loan processes, and customer data management.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, plan events, manage calendars, and handle correspondence.
• Prepare loan applications, treasury management docs, and deposit applications.
• Assist in loan approvals, post-approval modifications, and closings.
• Coordinate collateral release and documentation changes.
• Liaise with attorneys, appraisers, title companies for loan closings and openings.
• Support audits, examinations, and regulatory reviews.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales pipelines.
• Prepare sales presentations and collaborate on sales strategies.
