Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial lending experience with success in business development and loan origination.
• Experience managing a loan portfolio up to $10M+ and servicing it.
• Strong financial analysis skills to assess creditworthiness and risk.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow loan portfolio in the commercial banking segment.
• Underwrite, structure, and close commercial loans per policy.
• Present credit actions to approval authorities including loan committees.
• Maintain and service an existing loan portfolio and ensure documentation is compliant.
• Grow Treasury Management Relationships and cross-sell bank products.
