Job summary

Performance Bankers in Omaha, NE seeks a Commercial Loan Officer to grow our commercial lending revenue and deposit base. This on-site role focuses on building loan and deposit relationships with clients across business banking, agriculture, and CRE sectors.

You will evaluate credit, structure loans within policy, and maintain a portfolio while engaging with local communities and professional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field is required.
• 2+ years of commercial lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops loan and deposit relationships with current and prospective bank customers.
• Evaluates client/applicant’s credit and financial status to determine lending decisions based on risk tolerance.
• Structures loans within policy guidelines for presentation and approval by loan committee.
• Determines value or status of collateral during the loan application process.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products and identifies opportunities to cross-sell.
