Qualifications

• Leadership experience at senior level with cross-functional teams
• Experience in aerospace MRO and customer-facing roles

Responsibilities

• Own aftermarket and service strategy, modeling, analytics, planning and execution
• Lead pre-sale and post-sale activities identifying customer needs
• Perform feasibility studies and analyses
• Provide technical and commercial guidance to customers
• Oversee sales contract administration, pricing and market intelligence
• Drive operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Implement lean and continuous improvement programs
• Create and monitor KPIs for cost, efficiency and service quality
• Lead and develop the team; drive engagement and accountability
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across business units and functions
