Texscape Services in Houston, TX, seeks a Commercial Landscape - Branch Manager to lead a busy branch and its staff. You will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery across projects.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in commercial landscaping, strong budgeting and financial reporting skills, and the ability to coordinate with sales, operations, and clients. HL/Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, landscape, or horticulture; candidates without a degree must have 10+ years landscape management experience.
• 10+ years of related commercial landscaping experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring services meet high standards and comply with policies.
• Lead and motivate a team of landscape professionals and ensure proper training and equipment.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to meet financial targets.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work quality and address issues promptly.
• Draft and present annual budgets and quarterly business reviews.
• Review equipment maintenance programs and recommend capital investments.
• Act on sales leads promptly and coordinate with sales, operations, and customers for onboarding.
• Represent the company at industry events and network with clients and partners.
• Lead branch safety meetings and safety activities.
• Document coaching, conversations, and performance management discussions with employees.
