Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial account executive or related experience in insurance brokerage or risk management.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted accounts and deliver high-quality results under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4–8 very complex accounts and serve as primary relationship manager.
• Lead renewals, plan design, and risk management guidance for clients.
• Coordinate account team activities and maintain calendar/timeline milestones.
• Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
