Job summary

Holmes Murphy in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Sr. Client Service Consultant to join our Property Casualty team.

You will take ownership of large, complex accounts, support client service specialists, renewals, and collaborate with underwriters to meet client needs. The role emphasizes building lasting client relationships, pre-renewal meetings, managing loss-sensitive plans, and accurate documentation of exposure, policies, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service, underwriting or risk management in insurance.
• Active state Property Casualty license or ability to acquire within 3 months.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles and client consultative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and service large, complex accounts and support smaller ones as needed.
• Renew policies, negotiate with underwriters and prepare renewal documents.
• Maintain accurate client data, exposure schedules, endorsements, premiums and invoicing.
• Develop client opportunities and meet pre-renewal milestones with the team.
