NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Commercial Lines Account Executive to manage and grow client relationships, acting as trusted advisor and main contact for assigned accounts. You’ll work with clients and carriers on insurance strategies, submissions, renewals, and coverage analyses to drive retention and revenue.

This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule from our South Burlington, VT office or remote work options. Regular hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s preferred.
• Typically 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Applied Epic software experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate terms, coverage, limits and pricing with carriers.
• Coordinate with Claims on relevant client cases.
• Maintain accurate client data and endorsements to avoid E&O claims.
• Manage diary and follow-up to align with requests.
• May supervise Account Managers’ daily activities.
• Build strong relationships with carriers and clients and inform on industry trends.
