Job summary

The Account Manager II at NFP, an Aon company, serves a defined client base with day-to-day servicing, renewals and renewal preparation. You will interact with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to deliver proactive service and develop client relationships, while also supporting the Account Management Team as needed.

The role offers flexible hybrid work from regional Northeast offices or fully remote arrangement for US-based candidates, with a standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST workday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of client service experience in insurance or related field.
• P&C Insurance License required.

Responsibilities

• Serve assigned client accounts and coordinate with Advisors/Client Executives.
• Manage renewals and marketing processes; prepare presentations.
• Develop client relationships and communicate with carriers and clients.
