Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Manager II to service client accounts and manage renewals. You will work with Advisors, Client Executives, and Account Executives, handling proposals and communications to deliver high-quality service.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement from regional Northeast offices or a fully remote arrangement in any U.S. city, with standard hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in client service or insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts; may take an active role in meetings.
• Prepare and send proposals to carriers and summarize results; first draft of renewal presentation.
• Review proposals and carrier source documents for accuracy with the Account Executive or Advisor/Client Executive; begin direct client/carrier communications with approval.
• Create and maintain client files in the agency management system.
• First line of answering billing questions from clients and coordination with Accounting as needed.
