Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an Account Manager II to service client accounts, manage renewals, and prepare presentations in collaboration with senior team members. The role requires proactive relationship-building with clients and carriers, plus clear written and oral communication, often with independent discretion.

The position supports the Account Management Team as needed and offers a hybrid or fully remote arrangement for candidates located in any U.S. city, with standard EST hours.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent); BA/BS preferred.
• 3+ years of client service experience in insurance or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment; adapt to changing priorities.
• Currently licensed or able to obtain P&C Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts; participate in meetings.
• Prepare renewal materials and proposals; present results.
• Review proposals and source documents for accuracy with supervision.
• Maintain client files and update agency management system.
• Answer billing questions with support from Accounting as needed.
