You’ll prospect new opportunities, manage a disciplined pipeline, and contribute to market presence through networking and referrals.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of successful commercial lines insurance sales experience (mid-market focus preferred).
• Proven track record of building a sustainable, high-quality book of business.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Strong closing ability with disciplined pipeline management.
• Highly collaborative with internal service/operations teams.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior producers is a plus.

• Drive new business production across mid-market commercial accounts.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through referrals, COIs, and strategic prospecting.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

• Consistently achieve or exceed new business and retention goals.
• Support and mentor early-career producers when appropriate.
