Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of insurance experience in account management or client service.
• Active P&C license is required.
• Experience with Private Client is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage, markets, and underwriting.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse book of business.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and build relationships with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal partners.
• Respond to client requests involving coverage, billing, claims service, and policy changes.
• Communicate timelines, deadlines, and next steps; identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to expand client relationships.
• Own the service execution of new business and renewals, including timelines, submissions, and implementation.
• Review proposals and renewal materials for accuracy and participate in client meetings as appropriate.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, certificates, and other policy transactions.
• Maintain complete account records in the agency management system.
