Gregory & Appel Inc., an Indianapolis-based insurance agency, seeks an experienced Manager, Operations to lead a service team and drive consistent, high-quality execution across the organization.

You will coach, develop, and manage workload while partnering with Producers, Account Executives, and leadership to deliver exceptional employee and client experiences. Strong technical and people leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance operations or agency experience.
• 2+ years of progressive people leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage workloads and resources.
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with agency management systems and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the internal service team with accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Establish processes, metrics, and quality controls.
• Balance workload, capacity, and resource allocation.
• Partner with Producers, AMs, and leadership to align priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement and employee development.
• Ensure compliance and performance management.
• Support loss control and client service enhancements.
