• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day client service and manage account administration.
• Renewals management including expirations and renewal submissions.
• Maintain agency systems and ensure documentation accuracy.
