Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of related commercial lines insurance experience.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and service delivery.
• Licensed or in good standing with applicable insurance licensing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and insurance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full account-service process for clients.
• Market to carriers and coordinate with underwriters.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients.
• Present proposals to clients and meet with producers.
• Participate in client meetings and renewal discussions.
• Oversee enrollments, changes and policy terms.
• Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain organized, accurate client files.
