You will coordinate carrier submissions and maintain precise records. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial insurance account management, an active P&C license, and proficiency with agency systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance account management experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Strong understanding of commercial coverages, renewals, and carrier processes.
• Experience with agency management systems; Applied EPIC preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance-related platforms.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for a book of commercial insurance clients, delivering responsive support and building trusted relationships.
• Manage the full policy lifecycle, including renewals, endorsements, audits, billing inquiries, and policy changes.
• Review new business and renewal policies for coverage alignment and client expectations.
• Market new and renewal business by coordinating carrier submissions and evaluating coverage options.
• Maintain accurate account documentation within agency management systems and carrier platforms.
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, producers, and internal teams to resolve issues and support claims coordination.
• Support client presentations and renewal discussions to strengthen retention.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members to promote collaboration.
