Job summary

You will support client service, policy administration, renewals, and billing while maintaining accurate client and policy data in our systems in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of commercial insurance experience required.
• Active P&C license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, responsive service to clients and internal teams.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements; manage certificates, ID cards, binders, invoices, and related documents.
• Assist or lead new and renewal business processes; prepare submissions and proposals; gather underwriting information.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems; monitor activities and ensure timely task completion.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections; ensure adherence to policies to minimize E&O exposure.
