Insurica Fort Worth is seeking a Senior Account Manager to assist in the production of new and renewal accounts, in keeping with agency and producer goals, and to provide field service in support of producer activities while maintaining high service standards.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of prior insurance experience, with focus on commercial lines and surety, underwriting, and marketing/rating preferred.
• Possession of, or ability to quickly obtain, all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance.
• College degree, CPCU, and CIC designations preferred.
• Proven experience working with mid-size to large commercial lines customers preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Market, service, develop, and retain assigned accounts; meet objectives, and target a mix of business and volume commitments.
• Obtain renewal information, complete applications, obtain markets, deliver policies, coordinate loss control or other services, and resolve service issues.
• Retain and develop accounts by advising on risk handling and coverage options; negotiate with insurers for proper coverage options.
• Prepare renewal proposals and present insurance programs to key accounts.
• Maintain client files in the agency management system and process renewals, endorsements, and data for billing and accuracy.
