Job summary

Insurica in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to assist clients with service needs and account changes. You will support Producers and Account Executives in handling new and renewal commercial business while maintaining high service standards.

This role requires a 4 year degree and a Property & Casualty license as needed, with 2–4 years of prior account management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license, as required by the State Department of Insurance.
• 2-4 Years of previous account management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPCU or CIC designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete applications for new and renewal business accurately.
• Prepare proposals; coordinate with producers; submit to carriers.
• Obtain client signatures; track quotations and policies.
• Perform rating for quotes; calculate premiums when available.
• Prepare binders, certificates, endorsements and policies.
• Deliver documents; maintain follow-up and files.
• Request renewals and data; liaise with producers as needed.
• Check policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy; input billing.
• Address cancellations and preserve accounts.
• Answer calls from clients and companies; refer to producers.
• Refer clients to appropriate departments for additional lines.
• Attend seminars to maintain licenses and skills.
