Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines. The role supports the account team and producers, ensuring quality standards and timely service across renewals and new business submissions.

You will track expirations, process endorsements, and assist with proposal preparation while maintaining strong client relationships. A CISR designation is preferred, with MS Office proficiency and a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations for existing clients and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and invoicing tasks.
• Support new and renewal business: research, submissions, coverages, pricing, and proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and pursue collections.
