Job summary

LONG Building Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Service Technician III to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install commercial HVAC systems in Cody, WY.

You will work with Service Supervisors and a team, often independently, and be equipped with a company vehicle, mobile phone, and clothing to perform duties safely. The role emphasizes advanced fault finding, system optimization, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 6+ years working experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to work after-hours when needed.
• Experience managing large scale HVAC projects is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, including VRF and BAS.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced and rapid troubleshooting on all commercial HVAC systems independently.
• Perform advanced maintenance tasks and in-depth inspections as per procedures.
• Optimize HVAC system performance and energy efficiency.
• Oversee large-scale installation and retrofit projects.
• Train, supervise, and mentor Apprentices and less experienced technicians.
