You will work with Service Supervisors and technicians, while often operating independently in the field, supported by a company vehicle and gear. You will perform rapid, complex diagnostics, optimize system performance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Valid CFC Refrigeration certificate.
• Able to drive company vehicle safely and legally.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems independently.
• Perform advanced maintenance and inspections per procedures.
• Install large-scale HVAC projects and retrofit work.
• Train and mentor apprentices and less experienced technicians.
• Ensure safety and complete required paperwork on site.
