Job summary

LONG Building Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Tech III in Littleton, CO to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install commercial HVAC systems.

You will work with Supervisors and senior technicians, often independently, with company vehicle, mobile phone, and required tools provided. Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, energy optimization, and on-site project support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years working experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to work after-hours when needed.
• Experience managing large scale HVAC projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and able to learn additional software.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced and rapid troubleshooting on commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform advanced maintenance and inspections per LONG procedures.
• Oversee large-scale installation and retrofit projects.
• Assist training and mentoring of Apprentices and less experienced technicians.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and proper documentation.
