Engineering Excellence is seeking a senior HVAC expert to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial systems on client sites in Indiana. You will mentor technicians, assist with field leadership tasks such as planning, audits, and jobsite oversight, and deliver outstanding customer support in every service call.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience, EPA 608 Universal, and strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• OSHA certifications preferred.
• Advanced skills servicing commercial HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigeration systems.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems.
• Mentor and train other technicians; assist with field leadership tasks.
• Perform service calls and supervise site audits/planning.
• Ensure timely, courteous customer service and high satisfaction.
• Manage parts, paperwork, and vehicle stock; communicate status to dispatch.
