You will mentor technicians, support field leadership, and assist with work planning, audits, and jobsite oversight. Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification is required.
• OSHA safety certifications preferred.
• Must possess valid licensing/certification for the work area.

Responsabilités

• Trains other technicians and assists with field supervision and audits.
• Performs commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Diagnoses and resolves customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Diagnoses and services heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspects equipment and identifies issues to prevent breakdowns.
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Manages parts and equipment delivery for service tasks.
• Documents job details and communicates status to dispatch.
• Delivers excellent customer service and promotes company offerings.
