Job summary

Engineering Excellence National Account is seeking a senior HVAC service expert to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial systems in the Blue Ash area. You will mentor fellow technicians, assist with field leadership activities, and plan work with site supervision to ensure top-tier service and customer satisfaction.

The role requires EPA 608 certification, a valid driver’s license, and proven ability to read wiring diagrams, troubleshoot electrical and refrigerant issues, and balance

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Advanced skills in servicing commercial HVAC systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and components.
• Mentor technicians and assist Field Supervisor with audits and jobsite oversight.
• Perform service calls and field leadership tasks, including work planning and site supervision.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide status updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote products and services while maintaining professional company standards.
