Engineering Excellence is seeking a senior HVAC service expert in Cincinnati to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial systems. You will mentor technicians, support field leadership, and contribute to work planning and audits on site.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• Advanced skills in servicing commercial HVAC equipment.
• Strong ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Proficient with scheduling, planning, and field supervision duties.

Responsibilities

• Trains technicians and assists Field Supervisor with audits and planning.
• Performs commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnoses and resolves customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Inspects and diagnoses HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Represents the company with integrity and ensures customer satisfaction.
