Engineering Excellence is seeking an experienced HVAC technician in Blue Ash, OH to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot equipment, communicate solutions clearly, and own complex service tasks with increasing responsibility.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• OSHA safety certifications preferred.
• Advanced skills diagnosing HVAC systems and electrical/refrigeration issues.
• Excellent communication to relay solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Performs commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems professionally.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent failures.
• Delivers parts/equipment and completes paperwork accurately.
• Communicates with dispatch and maintains status updates.
