Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification is required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities with HVAC systems.
• Proven ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance calls for commercial HVAC equipment.
• Analyze and diagnose customer problems with courtesy and accuracy.
• Inspect and service heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems and accessories.
• Document call information and update dispatch with status and availability.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote company offerings.
