Job summary

Engineering Excellence National Account is seeking a senior HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial systems. You will mentor fellow technicians, support field leadership, and participate in work planning, audits, and jobsite oversight.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience, EPA 608 Universal certification, and strong diagnostic skills. You will deliver high-quality service, ensure safety, and promote customer satisfaction on every call.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• OSHA safety certifications preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in commercial HVAC.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, repairs and maintains complex commercial HVAC systems.
• Trains technicians and assists with audits and site supervision.
• Performs service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Communicates with dispatch to provide status updates.
• Maintains safety rules and PPE compliance.
