Atlantic Constructors Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Mid-Atlantic region.

The role focuses on servicing, diagnosing, and repairing heating and cooling equipment across a variety of systems, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC or a related residential field, plus knowledge of electrical and control systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC industry or residential field
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of basic electricity, electrical and control systems
• Willing to report to multiple job sites as assigned

Responsibilities

• Services HVAC products and equipment for commercial systems and ensures customer satisfaction
• Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial boiler and HVAC systems
• Reads blueprints and wiring diagrams to diagnose and repair units
• Performs preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed
• Prepares for on-site installation by assessing layout and coordinating work
• Maintains service records and documents work performed
• Keeps products updated with manufacturers' installation, operation, and maintenance info
• Provides technical support to customers
• Performs other duties as needed
