Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a dynamic HVAC Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair and clean heating and cooling equipment across commercial and residential systems.

You will read blueprints and electrical schematics, perform maintenance, and coordinate on-site work with customers to ensure satisfaction. The role requires 3+ years in HVAC, ability to multi-task, and willingness to work at multiple job sites; HS diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC industry or residential field; or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience.
• Knowledge of basic electricity, electrical and control systems.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Services products and equipment related to HVAC commercial systems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial boiler and HVAC systems.
• Follows blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
• Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
• Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.
