Job summary

Atlantic Constructors seeks a skilled HVAC Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair, and clean heating and cooling equipment across various systems. You will follow blueprints and schematics, perform start-ups, and coordinate on-site work to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in HVAC, ability to multi-task, read diagrams, and travel to multiple job sites. Preferred certifications and military experience are a plus; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC industry or residential field.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications and schematics.
• Must be able to multi-task, follow instructions, and demonstrate attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Services products and equipment related to HVAC commercial systems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial boiler and HVAC systems.
• Follows blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
• Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout and coordinating on-site work.
• Maintains vehicles by keeping records and scheduling repairs and maintenance.
• Documents work by completing paperwork and maintaining files.
• Keeps current manufacturers' products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
• Provides technical support to customers.
