Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair and clean heating and cooling equipment across a range of systems. The role covers boiler, forced air, hydronic and packaged units, with on-site responsibilities across multiple job sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC or an equivalent combination of vocational training and experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
• Must adhere to all company policy and procedures.
• Must be available and able to report to multiple job sites as assigned.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Services products and equipment related to HVAC commercial systems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial boiler and HVAC systems.
• Follows blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
• Maintains vehicles and documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
