Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair and clean heating and cooling equipment across commercial and residential systems. You will read blueprints, follow electrical schematics, and perform preventive maintenance on boilers and HVAC units.

Must have 3+ years in HVAC, ability to multi-task, and reliable on-site presence at multiple job sites. We offer competitive benefits, 401(k) matching and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and start-up of commercial/ residential HVAC systems.
• Diagnose issues using blueprints, wiring diagrams and specs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and on-site surveys.
• Coordinate on-site work and maintain service records.
• Provide technical support to customers and document work.
