Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC or residential field.
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of basic electricity, electrical and control systems.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
• Must adhere to all company policy and procedures.
• Must be available to report to multiple job sites as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Services products and equipment related to HVAC commercial systems and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial boiler and HVAC systems.
• Follows blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specs to diagnose and repair units.
• Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed.
• Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining layout and gathering materials.
• Maintains vehicles by keeping service records and scheduling repairs.
• Documents work by completing paperwork and maintaining files.
• Keeps current manufacturers' products knowledge for installation, operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Provides technical support to customers.
