Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a seasoned HVAC Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair and clean HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings. You will work on boilers, forced air, hydronic and package units, reading blueprints and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues.

The role requires 2+ years in the HVAC trade, familiarity with electrical controls, and the ability to travel to multiple job sites. A Journeyman/Master certification is preferred; HS diploma or GED is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC or residential field.
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of basic electricity, electrical and control systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Services products and equipment related to HVAC commercial systems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial boiler and HVAC systems.
• Follows blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed.
