• Minimum 3–5 years as HVAC & Refrigeration Technician in commercial settings.
• HVAC technician license required by local regulations.
• EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant handling.
• Strong knowledge of rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and energy management systems.

Aufgaben

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, display cases).
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Inspect and test systems for proper operation including electrical components and controls.
• Preventive maintenance: clean coils, replace filters, check refrigerants.
• Calibrate and maintain thermostats, sensors, and BAS for commercial properties.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations including EPA refrigerant handling.
• Document repairs, parts used, and future maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with building management during renovations or upgrades.
• Respond to emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Promote Seabrook Island Club safety and operational standards.
