Job summary

Discoverseabrook is seeking an experienced HVAC and Refrigeration Technician to install, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration systems across office buildings, retail spaces, restaurants and hotels.

You will perform diagnostics, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ensure compliance with EPA refrigerant regulations and safety standards. The role requires reading blueprints, using diagnostic tools, and physical work on rooftops and in tight spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration in office, retail, restaurant or hotel settings.
• Must hold a valid HVAC license and EPA Section 608 certification.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret electrical schematics.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and refrigerant handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems including walk-ins, freezers, and display cases.
• Perform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot malfunctioning HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and EPA refrigerant regulations.
• Inspect and test systems, including electrical components, thermostats, and condensers.
