Zusammenfassung

DOC Services, Inc. is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Field Service Technician to travel to customer locations to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

You will help keep equipment safe, reliable, and operating efficiently. You are expected to diagnose and repair walk-in freezers, reach-in freezers, coolers, and ice machines, perform preventive maintenance, and document service activities for store managers and supervisors.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of commercial HVAC/R experience, including servicing walk-in freezers, reach-in freezers, coolers, ice machines, and similar equipment.
• Valid EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and mobile phone applications to complete work orders and document service activities.
• Ability and willingness to cross-train on additional equipment to expand your skills and support year‑round work.
• Ability to provide your own set of tools necessary to perform equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage service calls, and communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including walk-in freezers, reach-in freezers, coolers, and ice machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance to help minimize equipment downtime and keep systems running efficiently.
• Identify and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.
• Inspect equipment, identify defective components, and complete repairs using appropriate hand and power tools.
• Identify parts and supplies needed to complete repairs and resolve service calls efficiently.
• Document service activities and communicate updates with store managers, your regional DOC supervisor, and the assigned office administrator.
• Maintain your company vehicle and keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow DOC safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements.
• Perform other duties as needed to support our customers and team.
