DOC Services is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Field Service Technician to travel to customer locations for troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and efficiency, with responsibilities ranging from diagnostic work to documenting service actions.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of commercial HVAC/R experience, including servicing walk-in freezers, reach-in freezers, coolers, ice machines.
• Valid EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile apps to document work orders.
• Willingness to cross-train on additional equipment.
• Must provide own set of tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers and team.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment including walk-in/freezers and ice machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Identify and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.
• Inspect equipment and complete repairs using hand and power tools.
• Identify parts and supplies needed and resolve service calls efficiently.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to managers and office staff.
• Maintain company vehicle and tools in good condition.
• Follow OSHA requirements and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties to support customers and team.
