Job summary

DOC Services Inc. seeks a Commercial HVAC/R Field Service Technician to travel to customer locations, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

You will focus on keeping systems safe, reliable, and efficient while providing timely service. Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, identifying parts, documenting activities, and communicating with store managers and office administrators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• EPA certification is required.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Own set of tools to perform maintenance and repairs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and mobile apps for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Identify and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.
• Inspect equipment and complete repairs with appropriate tools.
• Identify parts and supplies needed for repairs and resolve service calls efficiently.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to managers and office staff.
• Maintain company vehicle and keep tools in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
