DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Field Service Technician to travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. You will help keep systems safe, reliable, and operating efficiently while following safety procedures.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and document all service activities. The role requires independent work, a valid EPA certification, and a clean driving record, with a company vehicle

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience (walk-in freezers, coolers, ice machines).
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile apps to document service activities.
• Own set of tools to perform maintenance and repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving with electrical/mechanical systems.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and keep systems efficient.
• Identify and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.
• Inspect equipment, identify defective components, and complete repairs.
• Document service activities and communicate updates with store managers and DOC supervisor.
• Maintain company vehicle and keep tools in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Perform other duties to support customers and team.
